The Oaks at Duncan Lane

The Oaks at Duncan Lane is a beautiful wedding venue located in San Diego, California. Amidst the scenic landscape of San Diego, it offers a picturesque setting for couples to exchange their vows and celebrate their special day. Michelle got ready in the house on the property that the venue allows the gifts the couple with the night after the wedding! Its such a gorgeous house with lots of light. The difference between this getting ready area and most others, is that this one is fully functional! Bathrooms, livings rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and more! Which is great as a photographer because it means lots of room and lots of picture's worthy locations for getting ready! Isaak got ready in the mother in law quarters on the side of the property. Its a great set up for couples who want to get ready near each other but still not see each other before the ceremony. The couple shared a first touch around the corner from each other before walking down the aisle. Michelle and her girls even shared a couple slices of pieces before hand as well. The Ceremony set up is stunning with mountainous views that make for amazing drone shots! They said their "I do's" and we headed up the mountain to take portraits of the couple before they joined their cocktail hour! They partied, gave speeches and cut their cake in front of the cutest board that had their name on it!
